Commercial Manager 

This is an exciting opportunity for people who thrive on completing deals and have a passion for buying and selling.

• Build and expand recycling network
• Responsible for sourcing & trading recycled plastic materials
• Accountable to generate short- and long-term profit through sourcing and sales development and sales operations initiatives
• Develop and execute new sourcing and trading leads
• Maintain existing and develop new relationships with external stakeholders
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts

• Bachelor’s or University Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience in recycling business is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English and Dutch
